Yesenia E. Cárdenas
ABOUT
Yesenia E. Cárdenas joined the Dallas office of Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P. as an associate in March 2006. Ms. Cárdenas represents clients before federal and state trial courts with an emphasis in products liability defense, personal injury defense, and general civil litigation. In defending automotive manufacturers, Ms. Cárdenas' practice has emphasized the defense of seat, seatbelt, and fuel systems design.
Ms. Cárdenas, a native Spanish-speaker, couples a thorough understanding of substantive and procedural law with objective problem solving skills to expeditiously provide favorable results while always remaining cognizant of each client’s specific, and sometimes unique, ultimate goals.
