Kaimi Escobar is an Associate in the Dallas office of Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P. She attended Texas Tech University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2004. She then attended Southern Methodist University School of Law from 2004 to 2007. While in law school, Ms. Escobar was the Intrascholastic Competitions Director of the Board of Advocates, competed on numerous mock trial teams, and was a Staff Editor on the International Law Review. In the spring of 2007, Ms. Escobar was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers, an honor given to the top 10 advocates of the law school.

As an associate in the Dallas office, Ms. Escobar focuses her practice on automotive products liability and warranty litigation. She has worked on a variety of cases and has been responsible for conducting discovery and investigation, drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, coordinating with experts, attending depositions, and negotiating settlements.
