Tanya B. Scarbrough
ABOUT
Tanya Scarbrough joined the Dallas office of Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P. as an associate in August 2006.
Her experience includes defending clients in various types of litigation, including product liability, consumer litigation, and commercial cases. Her practice concentrates on product liability litigation for domestic and international automotive manufacturers. She has defended death and catastrophic injury claims involving seats, restraints, airbags, and overall vehicle crashworthiness. She has also defended automotive manufacturers against products subject to recall campaigns.
Mrs. Scarbrough represents clients before federal and state trial courts and has represented clients throughout the United States.
