Angela S. Gordon
ABOUT
Angela Gordon is an associate in the Dallas office of
Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P. She joined the firm
in 2000 upon graduation from law school. She has worked on a variety of
litigation matters, including class actions and product liability actions,
and has also defended lawsuits filed against governmental entities.
CASE EXPERIENCE
- Successfully obtained
the dismissal of a case filed against a nearby city relating to an
injury allegedly obtained on a city meter.
- Part of a team of attorneys
who successfully obtained the dismissal of a statewide antitrust class
action in the Eastern District of Texas on behalf of an international
tire manufacturer and once again obtained a dismissal at the class
certification stage when the same case was refiled in Texas State Court.
- Part of a team of attorneys
who obtained the dismissal of two different product liability suits
filed against an international tire manufacturer in the District of
New Mexico after obtaining exclusion of the other party’s tire
experts.
- Part of a team of attorneys who obtained exclusion of the plaintiffs’ liability expert in multiple plaintiff lawsuit filed against a nearby city.
- Part of a team of attorneys who managed multiple lawsuits for an international tire manufacturer in both federal and state multi-district litigation proceedings.
