ABOUT
John C. Dacus is one of the founding partners of Hartline,
Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P. He practices in the Dallas office.
John has extensive litigation experience which encompasses product liability
litigation, toxic tort litigation, product-related commercial litigation
and environmental regulatory litigation, construction litigation, state
