J. Karl Viehman
ABOUT
Karl Viehman is one of the founding partners in the Dallas
office of Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P. His practice
includes representation of domestic and foreign corporations in product
liability, negligence, commercial and employment disputes. He serves as
national and regional counsel for large corporations in repeat product
liability litigation. He has served as lead counsel in numerous cases throughout
the United States, and has tried cases in multiple states.
